Our team installed collaboration software for their newly expanded Sanford Headquarters.

Teer Audio Visual’s previous work with Wharton-Smith and expertise in corporate av landed us this project.


Main Goal: Install five conference rooms and two huddle spaces with the best technology that supports collaboration and provides their staff with plenty of work space.

What We Did: The two huddle rooms were designed for smaller more collaborative workspaces that members of the Wharton-Smith team could meet in a casual setting. The five larger conference rooms were designed for formal meetings and presentations. Each space provided HDMI connections, video and phone call capability, and remote access to the Wharton-Smith MS Teams PC. The conference rooms were additionally equipped with Crestron AirMedia, allowing employees or guests to wirelessly present from their laptop, cellphone, or other wireless devices. Two of the larger conference rooms were equipped with two wall-mounted displays allowing simultaneous presentation methods for dynamic conferences.
