Boxi Park at Lake Nona is the first of its kind in the central Florida area. Boxi Park is a shipping container park based in downtown Lake Nona. The shipping container park will feature a series of restaurants, a sand volleyball court, and live music. The park is set to be a unique feature to central Florida’s ever-growing landscape, ad a key part of downtown lake Nona. The entire park is designed to have a welcome, open-air feel.
Teer did installations regarding the audio, visual, and lighting aspects of the project. We installed a thirty-foot Absen video wall, which is set to feature in the center of the grassy area of the park, where live performances will be. Boxi Park’s stage will host a variety of local performers with regular programming scheduled for weekdays and weekends. With the Absen wall, any performance will be accompanied by stunning visuals. This video wall is one of the largest we’ve ever put together, and we’re glad we got to make it a part of the Boxi Experience!
Regarding the audio, Teer installed a Yamaha NEXO audio system, which is a full range loudspeaker system with a multi-use cabinet, which was perfect for our stage application. We also installed Nexo high powered amplifiers to boost the quality of the sound. No matter who is on stage, the audio quality will be second to none.
Additionally, Teer used community loudspeakers for the background audio system. With a fully integrated system, we want to make sure you hear how good the band is no matter where you are in the park. Boxi Park is the latest development by Tavistock to grow and develop Lake Nona, and we can’t wait to see the next project.
