The project demanded an extensive AV deployment covering multiple departments, including: Patient rooms, security & nurse stations – High-quality display solutions for patient entertainment and medical updates. Conference & training rooms – Advanced video conferencing, wireless presentations, and audio solutions to facilitate seamless collaboration. Cafeteria & common areas – Digital signage for menu displays and hospital information. Prayer room – Entertainment and audio systems designed to create a peaceful environment. Control & Automation: Crestron served as the backbone of the AV system as an Enterprise networked master AV system, offering centralized control over various components. Including, but not limited to, touch panels, table boxes, and ceiling speakers. These were integrated throughout the hospital to simplify operations and enhance audio distribution. Displays & Digital Signage: Using the hospitals Ellie software is imperative for real time updates on their patients. LG TVs were deployed in patient rooms, nurse stations, Security rooms, and public areas to provide entertainment and real-time medical updates. Additionally, PDI medical monitors were installed in select patient rooms where specialized displays were required. Conferencing & Communication: To facilitate seamless communication, we integrated AVer cameras, delivering crisp, high-definition video for Microsoft Teams meetings. This ensures effortless virtual collaboration among medical staff, remote specialists, and administrative teams, fostering greater efficiency and connectivity. The installation of Barco ClickShares empowers staff to share content instantly and wirelessly, enhancing engagement during presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions. Additionally, Barco video bars provided all-in-one audiovisual solutions for smooth and efficient conferencing. Leveraging Biamp Tesira Software, we optimized audio processing and signal distribution. This ensured consist superior sound quality across meeting spaces, training rooms, and patient consultation areas for a distraction-free communication experience. To guarantee exceptional speech intelligibility, we integrated Shure wireless microphone systems, featuring handheld, ceiling tile, and ceiling bar microphones. This flexible setup supports crystal-clear communication in conference rooms, training areas, and multi-purpose spaces throughout the hospital. Inclusive Accessibility Solutions: To accommodate individuals with hearing impairments, we incorporated Listen Technologies assistive listening systems, ensuring that all patients and staff have access to clear and intelligible audio in any environment.
