Sideward Brewing

A new brewery is in town, and it’s already got people talking. Sideward Brewing is currently in its soft openings, due to have a grand opening on March 30th. It’s situated in the popular Milk District of downtown Orlando and already is generating buzz. The name comes from a riff off the owner’s last name, and they wanted to play off of a time where wayward thinking was the norm, and sideward fit the bill exactly. The theme is that wanderlust never settles, and the patrons of this new brewery will get to experience that.

Teer Audio Visual had the privilege of putting together a sound system foe this cool new hotspot. We hooked up Yamaha VXS8W speakers throughout the open area of seating. Additionally, we installed a Yamaha MA2120 Compact 1U and a Yamaha pa2120, both are powerful amplifiers that really brings the space to life. To round off our work with Yamaha, we installed a Yamaha DCP1V4S-US, a digital control panel, which provides flexible external control of several functions such as preset recall, levels, and SD card playback. The project was a bit tricky, in that we had to mount everything on the ceiling because the client didn’t want wall mounted speakers. We used the Yamaha VXS-PBRKT pendant bracket, which allowed the VXS8 to be positioned pointing straight down and suspended from a 3/8” threaded rod.

Teer is always happy to work with local businesses and to take your business from ordinary to extraordinary when it comes to audio, visual, lighting, or control.
