Teer Audio Visual shares a lot in common with Wharton Smith, Inc. Both businesses were founded in Central Florida and both strive to uphold the relationships with their communities through the services they provide. With their strong values and great work, Wharton-Smith Inc. has become the leading construction group throughout the Southeastern United States. When Wharton-Smith Inc. started to expand their headquarters in Sanford, Florida, they realized their conference rooms needed an upgrade to better support their staff. Teer Audio Visual was chosen to provide the audio visual upgrade they were looking for.
Teer Audio Visual upgraded five conference rooms and two huddle spaces. We worked with Wharton-Smith, Inc. to understand the intended use for each space. The two huddle rooms were designed for smaller more collaborative workspaces that members of the Wharton-Smith team could meet in a casual setting. The five larger conference rooms were designed for formal meetings and presentations. Each space provided HDMI connections, video and phone call capability, and remote access to the Wharton-Smith MS Teams PC. The conference rooms were additionally equipped with Crestron AirMedia, allowing employees or guests to wirelessly present from their laptop, cellphone, or other wireless devices. Two of the larger conference rooms were equipped with two wall-mounted displays allowing simultaneous presentation methods for dynamic conferences.
Our team trained the Wharton-Smith, Inc. staff on their new technology so they felt confident in their new workspaces. Additionally, we provided quick start guides. These short manuals provide specific information about the technology in each room for Wharton-Smith employees to quickly learn prior to presentations and meetings.
