Lake Nona, FL has been attracting premier healthcare companies to its medical city and Tabula Rasa Healthcare was no exception! Last year, the innovative healthcare technology company announced it would be opening its Scientific Precision Pharmacotherapy Research and Development Institute by the end of 2019. The Institute’s goal is “to expand emerging healthcare research initiatives to enhance the lives of their patients.” Teer Audio Visual’s healthcare experience and resume of successful projects in the Lake Nona area made us the clear choice for the AV integration for the Institute.
The project entailed of equipping five conference rooms with audio, visual, and control components to support the Tabula Rasa Healthcare team. The main conference room hosts the majority of meetings for the team and executives, therefore the purpose needed to be reflected in the space. Teer Audio Visual installed a 2x2 NEC Video Wall, creating an elaborate audiovisual conferencing system capable of supporting a variety of meetings and events. The other four conference rooms are used for internal huddle spaces and meetings and were equipped with Sharp 4k Displays. We also installed ClearOne Ceiling Microphones, QSC Ceiling Speakers, Core Signal Processors, a PTZ Camera, and Touch Panels, an Atlona Matrix Switcher, and Crestron Transmitters and Receivers. Each piece of equipment was selected by our professionals to create these customized collaborative conference rooms.
After our AV installation, each conference room is ready to help the Tabula Rasa HealthCare Team succeed in its mission “to innovate and redefine the science of medication safety.” Teer Audio Visual was happy to help with another project located in Lake Nona and can’t wait for our future projects to help develop that area even further!
